I’m Arnab Deka. Born in Assam, brought up with the smell of rain-soaked earth and the quiet hum of old books, I’ve always had one foot in science and the other in stories.
By profession, I work with machines and data – things that tick, spark, and whisper truths when you listen closely. But outside the lab, I prefer the sound of wind through pine trees and the crunch of gravel under shoes.
This blog began as a way to remember my hikes – those peaceful escapes into hills and forests, where the mind clears and the heart beats differently. Over time, it has also become a notebook of thoughts.
I walk to make sense of things, to slow down, to look at the world with quiet attention. If you enjoy long walks, local stories, or simply watching clouds drift over distant hills, I think we’ll get along just fine.
